Purchases must be within reasonable quantity limits. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.

If we believe radios are being purchased in excessive quantities or with suspected intent for resale, misuse, or other improper purposes, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the sale at our discretion.

No trade-ins are allowed on discounted radios. Customers wishing to participate in a trade-in Exchange must purchase the radio at full retail price to qualify.

11-meter Modification's are sold for Export Only and are available to everyone for an additional $50 on 10 Meter Radios, which will be added to the discounted sale price. The $50 conversion fee is a fixed add-on charge. The 20% discount applies to the radio only
