Return & Refund Policy
At TekShack, we stand behind the quality of our CB, HAM, and GMRS radio equipment. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Eligible Items
Most products including radios, antennas, cables, connectors, and accessories are eligible for return within the return window. However, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:
- Opened or used electronic equipment that has been powered on or installed
- Custom-ordered or special-order items
- Clearance or closeout merchandise
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
For defective items or shipping errors on our part, please contact us before returning and we will provide a prepaid return label.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may apply to certain returns. Please contact us for details specific to your order.
How to Initiate a Return

- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization
- Provide us with tracking information
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you need.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [your email] with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through replacement or refund.
